Yes — SharpMate works with jobsite chisels. Just note that heavily used chisels may have more wear or damage, so they can take longer to sharpen fully. If a chisel's edge is heavily chipped or damaged, it may need grinding first before honing on SharpMate will do much good. As long as the cutting edge is intact, you're good to go.
