Yes — with the right adapter. The Short Chisel Adapter Kit is built for chisels with a usable blade length under 3½" that won't reach the stone in the standard clamp, and the Small Blade Adapter gives small plane blades and spokeshave blades the more supportive hold they need. On SharpMate Plus, both adapters attach directly, since Plus already includes the upgraded clamp they require.

If you have the original SharpMate: you'll need the Upgrade Kit first — both adapters require it.
